About Cimmaron LLC

The name Cimmaron means untamed horses, which is a bit like me.

Our philosophy is to have a strong sense of responsibility to our clients, to return calls and emails in a timely fashion, to meet agreed on deadlines and not to exceed client budgets. I will occasionally partner with others in areas of outside services, such as printing, screening, suppliers and the occasional need for specialized coding.

I have accumulated a varied background from many years as a corporate designer in 3 dimensional Packaging Design for Packaging Corporation of America (now Carustar) & Container Corporation of Americas (now Jefferson Smurfit) and as a Graphic Designer for Union Carbide, a Trade Show Promoter, and a Chicago land Advertising Agency.

During that time I earned numerous awards which include; Chicago land Typography Society Award for structure and graphics, US Packaging Patents, National Paperboard and Packaging Council Show Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards. Those awards include, but not limited to, Deluxe Check, Oil of Olay, Proctor & Gamble, Leaf Candies (now Hershey), illustration awards for charcoal drawing from the Quad Cities Artist Guild as well as Art Show show awards for several breeds and drawings.

Currently the majority of my hours are shared between web design, illustration, photography with some print work. I am well versed in most graphics and print areas including professional quality photography. When you choose Cimmaron Design I will always be directly involved in your project from start to finish.

My office has full design capabilities ranging from computer-aided drafting to full graphic capabilities highlighting your product or services. Website design capabilities are offered from standard HTML to interactive sites.  I can offer you flexibility in unique custom designs with long term planning for growth at a reasonable price.

Software includes current versions of Fireworks®, Flash®, Aperture®, Dreamweaver®, Quark®, Photoshop®, Illustrator®, InDesign®, Microsoft® and Grafite Auto CAD®. High quality digital photography services are provided as needed.
